Prom is to teenagers as Oscars is to celebrities. It makes sense doesn't it? Xavier University High School held their Junior's Promenade last February 21, 2009 at the Xavier Estates Country Club. The theme was "Masquerade"; the girls were dressed to the nines, every guy suited up pretty good and the masks everyone had completed their looks to perfection. :> Prom is to teenagers as Oscars is to celebrities.
