Hail. Hail. Hail.

So..... this was all about the Golden Jubilee Poster Competition I was invited to take part of early this year. My work has been awarded as the Honorable Mention [aka 3rd place] out of the many entries submitted by the Grade School, High School and Adult Night High School departments. :D (yehey.) I really forgot about the whole thing until last Tuesday when I was informed that I actually won something for it. :)) And to think I finished earlier than the rest. . . they still liked what I did!!! :)

The interesting thing about it is that they were only to award 2 winners for their respective age group but they had to add the Honorable Mention award just to accomodate my work. :D :D :D (I have to be proud about it.)

The winning poster would be used extensively as La Salle Greenhills jumpstarts their Golden Jubilee Year Activities next school year. They are talking about reproducing the winning poster in calendars, tarpaulins, invitations and the like. So being the Champion must be really sweet for Carlos Albaña!!! :D :D :D CONGRATULATIONS!!!
