Baler: Watch it now!

When was the last time I blogged about movies? :-o

First time in a loooong while.

In true Pearl Harbor fashion, the Philippines presented the same "love conquers all" story localizing it in the quiet town of Baler during the war in the 18th Century. Need I say more? (Okay, I do) The Siege of Baler is where the story of the forbidden love of an Indio soldier and a young Filipina would take place. (Enough.)

I have to say this: Although they were effective in their acting and all that, I just find it very distracting that Jericho was supposed to be the half-Spanish/half-Filipino when ANNE CURTIS (oh yeah... Best Actress!) could never be a full blooded Filipina from the way she looks! haha! =))
