Meet my Austrian blockmate's brother, Noell, he is just 13 years old who looks like he's in his 20s. =)) By the looks of the before picture he does look like someone who'd grab the first shirt and shorts he'd see on top of a pile. :))) We were being treated for dinner by their family in Greenbelt and since we stopped by Topman I decided to enlighten him with what works for him and what doesn't. He ended up liking his new look and so did everyone else in the store. JK. =))) It's frustrating to see bad clothes happen to good people. :-L Photo Credit: Pia Fasol
